The Unspoken Series

Katie and Jaime will discuss the unspoken, uncomfortable or "hidden" topics that women often experience but don't commonly take the time to talk about or support each other together. We will help participants navigate being a female in a male dominated role, department or workplace; share personal examples and provide insights on being diverse in the workplace (ie. representing members of a different race, ethnicity, religion, ability, gender and sexual orientation); harassment; recruiting bias, salary negotiation, etc.​​​​​

The first and last session will be in-person for participants to build camaraderie and enjoy time together. The remaining four sessions will be virtual.
